The 2022 National Survey on Drugs and Substance Use reports alarming statistics: 1 in 8 Kenyans aged 15-65 uses substances, with 3.2 million using alcohol. Drug Free Kenya actively raises awareness about the consequences of substance abuse in the country.

Offering Educational Resources.

Addiction impacts everyone, regardless of age or background, disrupting lives and stealing joy. Amidst the struggle, hope exists. This website is a safe space to confront addiction, explore triggers, and seek help. Drug Free Kenya educates on substance abuse effects and offers a recovery guide, fostering awareness and support.

Finally and most importantly, the foundation of our work is firmly grounded on our faith in God and the transformative power of His Word, the Bible. I truly believe that God was key in turning me away from alcohol and other harmful habits. I made a sincere plea to Him and He heard me and the next moment I was free. Not that I didn’t have problems while trying to quit but I did have the grace and companionship of my Saviour, Jesus Christ. Any other information given here is based on research by authorities of renown on addiction and include vital and practical wisdom on drug free living. In short, BELIEVE in God and accept and practice the knowledge and wisdom handed to us by people who have spent years of study and research for the good of mankind.
